A small collection of tools that do one job each, properly.
Pathine is a set of free tools for the small jobs that come up constantly online: an image that is too big to email, three PDFs that should be one, a payload that needs formatting, a screenshot with text you want to copy.
Every one of them opens ready to use. There is no account, no trial, and nothing to install.
Most sites like this compete on the number of tools. That is the wrong number. A hundred mediocre tools are worth less than twenty you would recommend to someone, so Pathine is deliberately short: images, PDFs, developer utilities and text.
A tool gets a page here when it works. Until then it is a name on a list, not a page promising something it cannot do yet.
Wherever it is technically possible, the work happens inside your browser tab rather than on a server: the file is read by the page and goes nowhere else. That is not only a privacy position — it is also why those tools are fast, work offline, and have no upload limit beyond your own device's memory.
Some jobs cannot be done that way, and there will be more of them rather than fewer as the model-backed tools grow. Those tools say so plainly, on the tool's own page, before you give them anything; the Privacy page explains how to tell at a glance.
Advertising, eventually. The rules are fixed in advance: never above or inside a tool, never styled to look like a button, and never anything that interrupts the thing you came to do. If an advert ever makes a tool harder to use, the advert is the mistake.
